Terrible customer service - so frustrating: - Emails that cannot be read properly. - Delivery first delayed and then cancelled completely; and I had to reach out and asked about it, otherwise I would not have heard anything from you. - Also the delivery was just cancelled and I was given the money back, but actually I would have rather wanted you to send me the order. But you didnt give me the option. - Also you make people choose to have everything in one delivery to save carbon emissions and then you still deliver in multiple times (or you don't deliver at all!). So bad!!!
