Your order will be delivered by Israel Post to your local post office within 5-8 working days.

When your order has arrived at your local Post Office, they will send you a notification to let you know your parcel is ready to collect.
Please take the notice and either your identity card or passport with you to the Post Office when you collect your parcel.

You can cancel any order and simply return any unused item within 28 days of receipt of the item(s) for a full refund of the price of the goods (provided it is in a new, unused condition). You can return your items via your chosen method using the returns label on the reverse of your delivery note. Postage/carriage costs must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Next.
