These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place online orders. To register on the site and to place orders you must be aged 18 or over and an Israel resident. By accessing this website and ordering goods from Next online you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.
Next reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by any amendment to these terms.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods on these terms. We will send you an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order, but this does not constitute acceptance of your offer. We reserve the right to refuse service or to refuse to enter a contract for online purchases with any company or corporate entity. Your Statutory Right to Cancel
If you want to cancel a transaction, please send us a cancellation notice no later than 14 days from the date you received the product, or from the date you received a written confirmation of the transaction from us containing the main details of the transaction, whichever is later.
If you are a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant, as defined under applicable law, and the transaction included a conversation with one of our representatives (including by electronic communication), you may cancel the transaction within 4 months from the date you received the product, or from the date you received the main transaction details document, whichever is later.
Refunds for Statutory Cancellation
If you cancel because the product is defective, does not match the details we provided, was not delivered on time, or if we otherwise breached the transaction, the purchase will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. In that case, you will need to return the product in accordance with applicable law and our instructions.
If you cancel for any other reason, the purchase will be cancelled and you will receive a refund of the amount you actually paid within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. In that case, we may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or ILS 100, whichever is lower, subject to applicable law. You will also need to return the product, provided it has not been used, has not been damaged, and is returned in accordance with applicable law.
Next's Extended Returns Policy
In addition to your statutory cancellation rights described above, Next voluntarily offers you an extended return window of 28 days from the date you received the product. This means that even if the 14-day statutory cancellation period has passed, you may still return eligible goods to us within 28 days of receipt, provided the goods are unused, undamaged, and not excluded from return under applicable law or these terms. The cancellation charges explained above, and the return process explained below, will apply.
This extended returns policy is offered by Next as an additional benefit and does not form part of your statutory rights. Your statutory rights under applicable law remain unaffected and continue to apply in full.
How to Return and Cancel
When you contact us in order to cancel/receive a refund, please include your full name, ID number, order number, and details of the product(s) you want to cancel.
You can send your cancellation notice in any of the following ways:

(c) by registered mail to Next Retail Limited, Desford Road, Enderby, Leicester LE19 4AT, United Kingdom; or
(d) through the dedicated cancellation link on the website by logging onto 'here'.
Follow the stages in the portal to create your returns address label. You will need your Returns Reference (shown on the right hand side of your portal) to complete this.
Tear off the completed returns note (on the right) and place it inside the parcel with the item/s you are returning.
Attach the returns address label that you will print off via the portal to the outside of the parcel, making sure that the original label is not visible any more.
Take the parcel to your closest Israel Post office.
Your return reference number (on the right) is your proof of postage. Please make a note of this and keep it safe until you receive confirmation you have been credited.

Items Excluded from Cancellation
Returns and/or exchanges are not available for items that cannot be returned under applicable law, including custom-made items made especially for you, underwear or swimwear, perishable goods, certain hygiene products, goods supplied outside Israel in specified circumstances, and certain jewellery above the statutory value threshold. Additional statutory exclusions may also apply.
Eligible Returns
Returned goods must be returned unused, not damaged, and not otherwise excluded from cancellation under applicable law. Return of goods in their original packaging will be regarded as sufficient evidence that no use was made of them. Opening the original packaging alone will not in itself be regarded as use where applicable law provides otherwise; however, connecting goods to electricity will be regarded as use.
Refund Timing
Your returns will be refunded automatically to the method of payment used for the order within 14 days from the date we have received all required information regarding your refund request.
You'll receive a confirmation email when the item has been refunded. If you paid by card, please make sure you check your bank statement from the date of the order onwards, as your refund may be shown against the order date. If you paid using another payment method, please check with the payment provider/issuer to locate the refund.
Your Statutory Rights

Great news, shipping is currently free for all orders over ₪199. Orders under ₪199 will be charged at ₪14 for shipping per order.

Delivery lead time is currently 8 - 12 working days due to flight disruptions. Please note that deliveries may take longer than usual due to circumstances affecting transportation and logistics.
When your order has arrived at your local Post Office, they will send you a notification to let you know your parcel is ready to collect.
Please take the notice and either your identity card or passport with you to the Post Office when you collect your parcel.
During sale periods, please allow 12-21 days for your delivery. Your delivery date will be confirmed at the time of order.
